Q: What if I feel anxious in group settings?

A: I totally get the nerves around a group program, but don’t forget you’ll be with other like minded people, and I personally make sure each person is suited for this super safe and supported space. You’ll warm up so quickly and it’ll become a beautiful community.

A group program can support you in a totally different way, you get to feel less alone in this journey, you get more amazing brains in your space. It’s pretty magical.

I’ve been there, I’ve been in the dark pits of anxiety, and the lower, but constant churning belly level of anxiety - it’s so draining, and it almost feels like it’s part of your personality, it’s so constant. But I can tell you it really truly can get better, to the point where

(as one of my clients said).

Anxiety is supposed to be an emotion, it should be able to come by, say a quick hello and leave your body - not suffocate you all day and night, and cause you constant yucky physical symptoms.

This program has been designed to help you reduce those symptoms, long term, so that you can fill your world with more important things like rest, joy, and whatever you love to do, without being held back.

And who the heck am I to run this program with you?

Well, I’m Kita. I’m a recovering people pleaser, rare anxiety experiencer (now days), and a Naturopath with an entire business built to support humans feel less anxious, for good.

I spend every week in clinic helping my gorgeous clients feel better, less anxious and more empowered.

I’ve also got a long af journey with anxiety (more than half of my life). And I built this program with:

b) my personal experience
c) the tools and lessons I found life changing along the way
d) clinical evidence
