For all new clients - this is your first call (congrats how exciting!).
This call will help you finally understand your anxiety at a deeper level.
I’ll work with you to find your anxiety root cause, whether it’s something physical, (eg. your gut or hormones), something such as lacking safety in your body, or something emotional.
You’ll leave with a plan in place to really start healing your anxiety,
as well as access to symptomatic relief right away. Let’s get you feeling calm and hopeful
so that you can do the deeper healing needed for long term relief.
