Understand how things like the patriarchy and capitalism affect your ability to make changes, how they drive you to want different things than what your body and nervous system actually want, and how they affect your self worth, which of course affects everything.

Soothe is made for you if you’re feeling driven by your nervous system, constantly anxious, feeling out of control, and you’re ready for guidance and structure and a safe space to create safety in your own body.
Soothe is for you, if you’re not feeling ready to as deep as we do in Becoming Her, but you are very ready to feel better. In Soothe, we will start to notice your physical root cause of anxiety, as well as any patterns or mindsets keeping you anxious, but our main focus is nourishing your nervous system, learning how to truly rest, how to eat beautifully, without the stress of diet culture. Soothe isn’t just the short version of BH, it’s an intentional, 3 month time period where you can finally feel calm, grounded, and in control.
