The need to control everything around you in order to just be calm.

That level of white knuckling through life isn’t actually great for your nervous system.

The real, deep, life long healing happens in the spaces where we learn to let go of that control a little bit, find the joy, the freedom & the flexibility again. True nervous system healing exists in the space where you can have the capacity to sit in that dysregulation that flexibility can bring, and know that you are 100% able to bring safety in again (AND you got to do the cool, expansive new thing).

Plus, this new stage, where you’re building your dream life, isn’t going to necessarily make you as anxious as you once were. For most people that I take through this stage, anxiety the emotion may come up, but it fades quickly, because of the support your receive, the toolbox, and the knowledge that it’s totally normal for a bit of this emotion to come up in this stage, and that just like any other emotion, if processed, it’ll pass quickly.

I’d also like to recognise that it’s OKAY if your nervous system thrives in routine - that’s really normal. We just don’t want it to be completely rigid, and let it run our whole lives and hold us back - so this is where this program comes in.

This is where we get stuck.

When we’re constantly anxious, we’re also constantly uncomfortable. Either the thoughts, the physical symptoms, or the always having to push through.

And it’s reeeeally hard to leave that comfort.

So this is where we can often get stuck - stuck in the well deserved comfort. So why would you want to take this next step and push yourself back into discomfort? Especially when in the past, discomfort was really hard to deal with.

Really present in your body. REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE.

  • THE ROOM - this is where the magic happens, through the group calls, and group chat.

  • Monthly group calls - come along each month to talk through exactly what’s showing up for you - work through things in real time in a room where it’s safe to be vulnerable and uncomfortable. A room where you’ll be encouraged and celebrated - plus real time tools to help your brain actually make the shifts it needs to make. In these 1-2 hour calls, you’ll be inspired simply by being in the room, hearing other women’s stories,dream, struggles & wins. These group calls will range from coaching, to education, meditations & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique - tapping!).

  • Each month we’ll have different focuses that will rotate, so that you’re able to continue focusing on your nervous system & physiological safety, your mindset/behaviours & beliefs, PLUS, big picture dreaming - and making plans to help get you there.

Q: What if I feel anxious in group settings? I don’t know how to feel about this!

A: I totally get the nerves around a group program, but don’t forget you’ll be with other like minded people, and I personally make sure each person is suited for this super safe and supported space. You’ll warm up so quickly and it’ll become a beautiful community.

A group program can support you in a totally different way, you get to feel less alone in this journey, you get more amazing brains in your space. It’s pretty magical. It truly helps you feel like part of a community - one that gets exactly what you’re going through, and seeing yourself and your journey in other people is such a healing experience.

It’s also so inspiring to see someone work through something similar, to see them come out the other side - it really helps your brain find hope.

Q: Do I need to do the full 4 months?

Everyone who comes into this program will commit to a minimum of 4 months (aside from special circumstances) This is to give you a true chance to see growth, improvement, and work through things that come up in your life. This longer time period is where real, deep, long lasting change happens - which is why this group is run this way! It might seem a little scary to commit to this, but once you’re in it, you’ll be so happy that you’ve made this commitment for your future self.

Q: Is there a payment plan?

There are extended payment options available - yes! For example, we take the 4 month cost of $960 and you can pay it over an extended payment plan of 6 months, bringing it to $40/week.

And who the heck am I to run this program with you?

Well, I’m Kita. I’m a recovering people pleaser, rare anxiety experiencer (now days), and a Naturopath with an entire business built to support humans feel less anxious, for good.

I spend every week in clinic helping my gorgeous clients feel better, less anxious and more empowered. I support women through every stage of anxiety - the acutely, heavily anxious, the niggling anxiety, and the building new mindsets and habits for a better life without anxiety.
