In Naturopathy, we believe that your magical body has the innate ability and desire to heal.
We just need to a) stop holding her back, and b) give her the ingredients she needs to heal.
Ingredients we use to help you heal: herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, having a safe space to heal, EFT (somatic therapy), flower essences, mindset and behavioural shifting, healing your relationship with food, so that you can nourish your body the way she actually needs to be nourished & gentle and actionable lifestyle changes.
My specific approach is all around helping your body feel safe enough to heal. I teach you how to take small steps, and be a non-perfectionist. All of this creates the perfect environment for anxiety healing.

Hey - I’m Kita (she/her),
I'm a qualified practitioner with a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Naturopathy.
I spent about half of my life feeling anxious af, and now my baseline is chill, and I know exactly what to do if anxiety does pop up. I have so much more space in my brain, I’m confident, I rarely spiral, and anxiety symptoms are rare for me, instead of daily. So, know that I’ve been there, and I get it.

Why I do what I do…
Let’s go all the way back to being 14.
14 and so adamant that I would NEVER have anxiety; I was so scared to have anxiety, cause I’d seen how life changing it could be.
14 and SURE in my belief that once you had anxiety, you had it for life.
It took me 10-15 years to unlearn that belief.
The thing was, at 14 I did feel a lot of anxiety, and people pleasing, but I didn’t realise what it was back then (and I reaaally didn’t wanna admit to it).
So I had this foundation of anxiety to build on, which I did very well, by partying away half of my 20s, underfeeding myself, and going through a heavyyyy health science degree.
Of course, this lead to me becoming a beautiful little shell of a human, I was reactive, avoidant, I loved to over explain and spiral after reacting.
I was socially anxious as heck // I left my band that I loved // I wasn’t ever truly present.
I truly felt like my brain was a dark hole that I just now existed in - my stomach ALWAYS full of butterflies.
My physical body was going through it, I lost 2/3rds of my hair, I had gut problems, I couldn’t sleep, I had eczema, I didn’t want to cook anything and didn’t have the brain space to decide on any meals.
It was a BAD time.
The icing on the anxiety cake came through really deep loss and grief.
These losses and the trauma that surrounded them was the downward spiral to the deeply anxious puddle that I became (understandably).
I didn’t know what to do except push through with uni and life - making it very difficult for my mind, body, soul to process and heal; worsening anxiety.
And I’m telling you all of this, so that you know when I say ‘I get it’, I truly and deeply mean it.
I get what this level of anxiety feels like, I get what it feels like to experience this for YEARS.
I get how impossible it is to believe you could feel better.
I get how confusing it is.
I also now get to be the person who shows you just how much you CAN heal anxiety.
Because I got to heal alllll of this.
Through Naturopathy, Therapy, EFT.
I was able to heal every one of those physical symptoms.
Through healing those symptoms, I actually had the brain space to unlearn perfectionism & people pleasing.
And to re-learn how to rest, how to say no, how to speak truthfully and confidently.
How to nourish my body & how to have better self worth.
I’ve taken everything I’ve learnt, paired it with my degree, and my years of clinical experience, helping people just like you to feel calm, in control and resilient.
I’ve put all of this into time, love and experience into my programs
and I cannot wait to support you in your journey.

Now, I experience anxiety rarely & at appropriate times (instead of constantly and randomly).
This is because now I’m experiencing anxiety the EMOTION, not anxiety the SYMPTOM.
(Similar to experiencing sadness vs depression).
And if comes up I have a badass, effective toolbox that I know how to use.
I’m no longer scared of sitting with it and letting it exist and pass through me,
(cause it’s not so constant, big and terrifying anymore).
The exact road map that I used to heal my anxiety, is how I help women to heal their own anxiety.

- Understand what behaviours/mindsets are keeping you anxious - and help you heal them and create new, better beliefs.
I use physical medicine, foundational health, emotional support, somatic release, accountability, safety and love, to help you truly heal your anxiety.
This is how I get my clients quick anxiety relief while we work on healing anxiety long term.
Phase 1:
Soothe The Nervous System
& Create Safety.
This is where I support you in building the foundations required to reach a baseline safety in your body.
This can be done through acute support to bring down your anxiety symptoms, but often also includes helping you build habits that lead to long term safety, like eating enough, sleeping well, and looking after yourself - for some people this is the root cause of anxiety and it's really important to make sure this foundation is solid (this supports things like your circadian rhythm, hormones, and gut). This phase is really important for you if you struggle to bring down acute anxiety in the moment and often feel out of control.
It’s also important that these foundations be laid first as deeper healing cannot take place if the body is in a constant state of heightened anxiety.
Phase 2:
Deeper Root Cause Healing
This is where we look into treating your root causes at a deeper level, where we come in and do repair work on things like your hormones, thyroid, gut and nervous system through specific herbs and nutrients.
This is the kind of work where once repaired, you will start to feel in control of your emotional state again as there won’t be these underlying issues triggering anxiety outside of your control.
Phase 3:
Mindset and Rewiring
In this area of treatment, we focus on bringing in herbal medicine to help you create safety around some of the situations in life that you know trigger your anxiety. Using herbs like Passionflower to help you rewire your anxious brain in those acute anxiety moments, you can start to show your body that this situation isn't so scary, and that you are safe. This makes it easier to do the hard thing each time. In this area we also do lots of mindset work and I help set you up for long term anxiety relief.
