This is how we do it:

Phase 1:

Creating Physiological Safety

In this phase we bring in physiological supports to relieve feelings of anxiety and put your body into safety mode.

These supports could look like:

  • Anti-anxiety herbal medicine / nutritional supps.

  • Easy to implement Nervous System regulating tools.

  • Creating safety through learning why and how to fuel your body, rest, and treat yourself like you deeply matter.

In this phase you’ll learn how to do these things in a way that isn’t overwhelming, but nourishing for your body, helping to create safety and reduce the overwhelming anxiety symptoms.

We’ll be investigating any physical causes of anxiety, or physical symptoms caused by living in a constant state of anxiety, stress, or overwhelm. We investigate this through understanding your symptom picture, as well as through testing if needed.

Phase 2:

Establishing Internal Safety

Physical:

  • In this phase, we start to repair your physical body from any damage or imbalances that occurred from operating out of stressed/anxious/protective states for so long.

  • This is the time where we start to heal any physical root causes of anxiety - eg, your thyroid, hormones, blood sugar, or gut.

Emotional:

  • We’ll also start to identify your personal nervous system triggers that activate a protective state instead of living in a safety state.

  • What are the parts of you that perceive a threat and drive behaviours based on fear- e.g. your perfectionist part, your type A part, your type B part, your productive part, your good girl people pleaser part.

  • You’ll learn to meet these parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity and detach from needing them to create safety for you through protection.

  • Learn to be your own sense of safety by reestablishing a sense of unconditional wholeness, worthiness and love-ability without all the doing, conditioning or programs you’ve picked up along the way.

Phase 3:

Re-entering A Growth Season

This is the phase where you get to start exploring who you want to be and how you want to expand your life, now that you’re feeling safe and calm consistently.

A feeling of safety and contentment can start to become an avoidance pattern where you are afraid to push or challenge again.

Afraid of falling into the habits of your old self.

I’ll hold you through this and help you:

  • Re-learn how to add things back in, take more action again, build discipline again and healthy habits again, from a place of self-respect and self-love, instead of punishment or protection.

  • Find who you are without the anxiety, self-doubt and re-image yourself and your life so that you can build a new identity outside of anxiety.
